worked with the start-up and reviewed their capabilities, product vision and viability. We continue to
fund them in terms of absorbing the product development cost while holding a minority stake.

helped them to build investor pitches. The start-up was shortlisted in NASSCOM 10000 startup program,
were finalist in the DSCI security product for the year 2014 and part of the Hot 100 India 2014
list.

where we sourced suitable software developers, leveraging on a wide network and diligent, refined
